Refund, Exchange and Return Policies
Our product exchange policy aims to provide customers with complete security regarding products purchased in our store. Free products cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We also exchange products that are different from the ones ordered by the customer.
The Ammix Store team is constantly investing in policies to ensure that our customers are always satisfied. You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be met:
- The Product must be returned in its original packaging;
- The Product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, that is, in the condition in which it was received;
- The Product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accompanying accessories.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.
WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to contato@ammix.com.br and inform:
- Product name;
- Order number;
- Email registered at the time of purchase;
- Reason for exchange or return;
- IMAGE OR VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT, IF ANY.
Once all issues regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address to return the product and we will refund you the amount paid for the product and shipping.
FORMS OF COMPENSATION
- Credit Card Chargeback: This chargeback may appear on up to two invoices after the return is completed by the payment gateway.
- TED - Transfer to the customer's account that can be made within 10 business days after confirmation of the return. THE TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY'S ACCOUNT.
