We deliver anywhere in Brazil. Since we work with imported products, delivery times can vary from 7 to 21 business days on average after payment confirmation. Remember that we provide the tracking code for all products. You will receive the tracking code in the email registered during the purchase within 7 business days after your order has been processed. It usually takes between 20 to 30 days on average. The deadline for delivery is up to 40 business days. After the stipulated deadline, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. If the Post Office is not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers. If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will refund your purchase FULL immediately after these verification steps.

It is important that you provide the means for delivery to be made to the address registered in your order. The Post Office will make three attempts to deliver the products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office branch closest to the address. In this case, the recipient of the package will need to collect it from the Post Office branch within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the package does not collect it, according to the Post Office's rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will need to be paid to resend the product. The amount of the fee depends on the weight/volume of the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in the event of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store.

Ammix Store will arrange for the products to be sent to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to ensure that there are no problems with the delivery of your order, we ask that you be careful when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order. Make sure that there will be someone at the address to receive your products.

Ammix Store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address of orders placed in the store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to the Post Office's rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, and will need to pay a new shipping fee of R$67.00 (shipping cost + postage fee) to resend the product.

  • CUSTOMS TAXATION

All products are shipped from abroad and are subject to customs taxation upon receipt. The amount of the tariffs is 60% of the purchase value, so if the amount of the fee is higher than this, please contact us so we can explain how to appeal with the post office.
